The utmost safety for both of us is my highest priority. I have been and will continuing adhering to the advice and guidelines of federal, state and local authorities, as well as CDC recommendations, and best-in-class protocols.

If you have any cold, flu or covid symptoms your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you suffer from allergies, you must be able to get through your service without excessive coughing, sneezing or needing to clear your sinuses.

All clients will be required to confirm they are symptom free before their service.

Cancellation, Return and Gift Card Policies

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you and is very important to me. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointment is confirmed at the time of scheduling and again 24 hours before your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.

**No-Shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will require a $75 non-refundable deposit to reschedule an appointment. The deposit will be applied to your treatment on the day of service. If you do not show up you will lose your deposit.

Return Policy

Unused, unopened product may be returned with receipt within 30 days. Opened product can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days with receipt. If your product is damaged, contact me immediately and I will replace it. No returns on equipment including LightStim, FaceLite or Microneedling devices.

All service and package sales are final.

Gift Certificates

Make gift giving simple! Give yourself or someone else the gift of radiant, glowing skin. Gift Cards are non-refundable, but can be redeemed for products. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain links to print, email or schedule an appointment. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Prepare to Glow!
